ANNETTE ZUBANI – GUEST FOOD BLOGGER

Sydney based, Nettie Zubani (Nettie Z) has built a career based on lifestyle having navigated her way around Sydney’s fashion, art, home-wares and food scene. The fascination with Mexico began 16 years ago, prior to opening her Mexican restaurant “Vera Cruz”.   Nettie has travelled all over Mexico and attended cooking classes at the acclaimed “Seasons of my Heart” in Oaxaca.

Keeping it real, Nettie ventured to different Mexican locations each year for inspiration and has always been intrigued by the cultural diversity, the extreme landscapes and of course the cuisine.

So Nettie finally got me to visit Mexico and in turn we dreamt up “Mexico Riche” the bespoke tours we are collaborating on together that will take you to Nettie’s favourite destinations while staying at Mexico’s luxury properties sampling the unique culinary and design differences of each region.
