OK, due to popular demand, my new section “Where’s Brent Going?” is up and running. (thank you Markos from Canaves Oia in Santorini for your inspiration!) These posts will feature hot new hotels and destinations on my hit list (and may just include some classic legends I haven’t had the time to visit yet!)
So first up is The Montauk Beach House, this reinvented Motel will be the talk of the Hamptons this summer. Situated in downtown Montauk and steps from the ocean, it is a short stroll from Montauk’s most exciting shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The interiors are a mix of Soho beach style and decadent luxury – choose the Oceanmist rooms that are located poolside for maximum glamour exposure – all with panelled walls and wide planked floors, it’s industrial poolside chic!
The new resort will also feature No 50 at The Montauk Beach House, a fabulous European style beach club open to guests and members. It will feature an all day restaurant and 120+ sunbed lounge service. Summer events will include everything from yoga classes and movie nights to sunset sessions with live music and DJ’s.

Now all I have to do is book my flight to New York and pack my Robinson les Bains!
